    May - June 2022

    The work of rock treatment was carried out by DREDGING BY GRAB_BACKHOE DREDGER controlled drilling and blasting of hard rock at 30m wide Berth Pocket and in the Channel. The work was awarded by the JSW Steel limited , Vadkhal, Pen, Maharashtra.

    The work of rock treatment was carried out by controlled drilling and blasting of hard rock at 30m wide Berth Pocket and in the Channel. The rock treatment was carried out close to the piles from 10th Jun 2020 to 30th Nov 2020. The work was awarded by the JSW Dharamtar Port, Vadkhal,Pen, Maharashtra.

    In this work we have done Drilling & Control Blasting in hard rock. Project Name: Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA), Land Development work, Ulwe, Panvel, Maharashtra. The work was awarded by TIPL JMMIPL (JV) Private Limited. The work is done from 10th October 2018 to 31st July 2019.

    In this project we have done back-to-back work with RAW pipe 12.75” dia main line works at spread-07 & 08. Project Name: Paradip Raipur Ranchi Pipeline project. (PRRPL), Group-C, of M/S IOCL. The work was awarded by ESSAR Project Limited. The Work is carried out from 30th March 2013 to 20th November 2014, Lacchragarh, Jharkhand.

    PARTNER

    Mr. Naresh Khichi is the Partner of the company. He is also the founder and promoter of the company. He is an integral part of the company and contributes significantly in growth of the company. He has over 35 years of experience in construction business and has been actively involved in running of major Rock Drilling & Blasting Services including construction projects works as well.

  • Mr. Jaiprakash Khichi

    General Manager

    Mr. Jaiprakash Khichi is the Project Controller of the company. He is very young, dynamic & holds degree in Information Technology from MUMBAI UNIVERSITY. He has over 15 years of experience in this field. He manages the day to day operations of the company.

  • Mr. Vijay Khichi

    Project Manager

    Mr. Vijay Khichi oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with engineers and architects to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. He ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.

  • Mr. Rahul Khichi

    Project Manager

    Mr. Rahul Khichi deals with distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders and also makes sure to control risk and minimise uncertainty.

    Deputy Manger

    Mr. Rohit Khichi executes and monitors project activities. He manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work. Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high construction standards.
